    I have left several voicemails and not been called back pertaining to this matter. I flew out of JFK terminal 8 on 12/31/23 at 7:00 AM. I was pulled aside for additional screening due to my service dog. In waiting for this screening my laptop was not returned to me and my bag prior to leaving.
